Deal Soldier is operated by Story Machine LLC, a Texas company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we handle when you visit dealsoldier.com, join our membership, or use our Discord community and Discord app.
The short version
This website doesn't ask you for personal information. When you sign up, you do it on Whop, and when you join the community, you do it on Discord. Those companies handle your account and payment details under their own privacy policies. We don't sell your information to anyone.
This website
We don't run forms, accounts, or tracking pixels on dealsoldier.com. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you requested. That data is used to keep the site running and secure, and we don't use it to identify you.
Signup and payments
Memberships are sold through Whop. Whop collects your name, email, and payment details at checkout and processes your payment. We never see or store your full card number. Whop shares basic membership details with us, like your email and membership status, so we can give you access and help with support. See Whop's privacy policy for how they handle your data.
Discord
Our community lives on Discord, which has its own privacy policy. If you connect your Discord account to your membership, or use our Discord app, we may receive:
- Your Discord user ID and username
- Which servers and roles you have in our community
- Commands or messages you send directly to our app
We use this only to confirm your membership, give you the right access, and run the community. We don't read or collect your private messages with other people.
How we use information

- To keep the site, community, and app secure and prevent abuse
- To meet legal obligations
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run Deal Soldier, like Whop, Discord, and our website host, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep membership and Discord details while you're a member and for a reasonable time after, then delete them unless we need to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@dealsoldier.com. You can cancel your membership anytime through Whop, and disconnect our app anytime in your Discord settings.
Children
Deal Soldier isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we add new features that handle more information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
