These terms apply to dealsoldier.com, the Deal Soldier membership, our Discord community, and our Discord app. Deal Soldier is operated by Story Machine LLC, a Texas company ("we," "us"). By using any of them, you agree to these terms.

Membership and billing

Memberships are sold and billed through Whop, and Whop's terms also apply to your purchase. Any free trial, price, and billing schedule is shown at checkout. Unless you cancel, your membership renews automatically at the price shown.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime through your Whop account. If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Deals aren't guaranteed

We share clearance and pricing finds reported by members and our team. Prices, stock, and store policies change constantly and vary by location, so we can't promise any item will be available or ring up at a given price. Always check with the store.

Community rules

• Be respectful to other members and staff
• No spam, scams, or selling inside the community without permission
• Don't share, resell, or repost member content outside the community
• Follow Discord's own terms and guidelines

We can remove anyone who breaks these rules, with or without a refund.

Our Discord app

Our Discord app is provided to manage membership access and community features. Don't try to abuse, overload, or reverse engineer it. See our Privacy Policy for what information it handles.

Content

The site, guides, and community content belong to Deal Soldier or the members who posted them. You can use them for your own shopping, not to copy or republish.

No affiliation with retailers

Deal Soldier is an independent membership community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer we mention. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

Deal Soldier is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or incidental losses from using the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use Deal Soldier after an update means you accept the new terms.
